1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CheckReaction.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Service Description

CheckReaction provides free online tools including a reaction time test, cognitive training tools (aim trainer, typing speed test, sequence memory, number memory), and embedded HTML5 games from third-party platforms. All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or any means to artificially generate scores or traffic
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code beyond what is publicly available on GitHub
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The CheckReaction name, logo, and original code (reaction time test, aim trainer, typing test, memory tools) are released under the MIT License — see our GitHub repository for details. Embedded games are the property of their respective owners (famobi.com and others) and are subject to their own terms.

5. Third-Party Content

Games hosted on famobi.com and other platforms are embedded via iframe. CheckReaction does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content. Game availability may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

CheckReaction is a free service provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Reaction time scores are not medical diagnoses. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including but not limited to reliance on test results or issues with third-party embedded content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
